Norwegian triathlete Hans Christian Tungesvik has been moving up in the world of triathlon since his debut in 2013 at the age of 21, progressing from sprint-distance championships to Olympic, half Ironman, and full Ironman distances.
Hans Christian’s first major milestone was winning the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon in 2019, securing the title of World Champion in the Xtri Series. In 2023, Hans Christian claimed the World Championship title in winter triathlon on his home soil in Norway. In the same year, he was the top age-grouper at Challenge Roth, finishing 12th in 8:12.
In the 2024 season Hans Christian has set his sights on defending his title in the World Championship Winter Triathlon. He also aims for victory at Challenge Half Sandefjord.
