Emil Holm
Triathlon
Emil Holm stands out as one of Denmark's premier short-distance triathletes, competing both individually and in mixed relay events. His journey into professional triathlon began in 2009 when he entered a local race on his father's old bike and had to be accompanied by his mother due to his young age. His passion for the sport was ignited, and in 2012, he competed in his first international race.
With a 5th place at the European Championships in Madrid in 2023, 5th at the World Cup in Rome, and 4th at Ironman 70.3 Bahrain, Emil paved the way for his ultimate dream—representing Denmark at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Having achieved his Olympic goal, he is now shifting his focus toward middle- and full-distance racing, embracing a new chapter in his triathlon career.
